What is a Certified Copy and how many do I need to order?

A Certified Copy is a recognised duplicate or your original Deed Poll, which will enable you to send original copies of your Deed Poll to the relevant organisations. It can take several weeks to receive your original Deed Poll back from organisations, therefore updating your records can take longer. Organisations will not accept photocopies.With 5 - 10 copies, you can update people like the Passport Office, DVLA, Banks, Mortgage Providers, TV Licensing, Employers etc quickly.
